Kooperatifimiz 1970 tarihinde 1163 sayılı Kooperatifler Kanunu'na göre, Türkiye Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Kredi ve Kefalet Kooperatifleri Birlikleri Merkez Birliği ile Şanlıurfa Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Kredi ve Kefalet Kooperatifleri Bölge Birliği'ne bağlı olarak Sayın Kemal TAN'ın kurucu başkanlığında kurulmuştur.
S.S. Nusaybin Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Kredi ve Kefalet Kooperatifi, kendi mal varlığı olan Namık Kemal Caddesi Kuveyt Pasajı Kat 2 Daire 1 Nusaybin adresinde bulunan hizmet binası Yönetim Kurulunca satın alınmış olup Esnaf ve Sanatkara yakışır bir biçimde ortakların hizmetine sunulmuştur.
